Jia has over 12 years’ experience in scheme of arrangement, judicial management, voluntary and court-appointed liquidation, and forensic investigation in various industries such as energy, construction, manufacturing, real estate and retail. He has also been involved in the companies' operations and has worked closely with commercial and technical teams.

Specialisms

• Jia has been involved in several restructurings in the marine industry. These include Interim Judicial Management of a Singapore-listed offshore marine services company, restructuring advisor to Indonesia's largest chemical shipping company, and receivership over offshore support vessels for lenders. 

• Jia Rong has participated in cross-border restructuring activities in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the United States and Vietnam. 

• Jia Rong had worked with boutique restructuring firms in Singapore and the big 4 involved in turnaround throughout Asia.
