Group General Counsel
Lynsey is an experienced lawyer and is the K3 Group’s General Counsel, including Quantuma. Lynsey is also a Managing Director and her expertise is in financial services, regulatory, corporate and contentious matters.
Working across all group companies but with a particular focus on Quantuma, she is an expert in addressing legal issues and, working with our managing directors, helps clients to navigate complex and contentious legal and regulatory matters.
Lynsey has over 18 years’ experience as a C-suite legal adviser and has previously advised on financial crime matters, internal investigations, anti-corruption initiatives, compliance audits and fraud prevention. She has worked with stakeholders across the UK, Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
