Jessica is part of the Deal Advisory and Turnaround Services team in the Middle East. She specialises in valuations, due diligence, M&A, turnaround/restructuring and strategy development and review.
In her role, Jessica advises on all things associated with a corporate deal. - buy, sell, grow, partner, fund or fix a company to add and/or preserve value. Specifically, she is responsible for both business development and delivery of these services, using the experience gained at a Big Four firm.

Recent assignment highlights
- Played a pivotal role in the turnaround and Independent Business Review of a leading automotive entity across East Africa. As part of the assignment, Jessica implemented a comprehensive restructuring plan that significantly improved the company's financial health. Following the implementation of the turnaround strategy, she served as an observatory board member for one year, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the company's continued success.
- In addition, on behalf of DIFD/CFO, Jessica conducted thorough market studies and due diligence on several economic development projects. She found and evaluated potential investors and operators for the projects (industrial/manufacturing and educational) across seven municipalities in Kenya. This work involved identifying strategic investment opportunities, assessing their viability, and developing detailed financial models.
