Brian has over 16 years’ experience in corporate restructuring, receivership, liquidation (court appointed and voluntary) and personal bankruptcy administrations. He has handled liquidations in various sectors including manufacturing, trading, entertainment and education, and advises creditors, including banks, funds and private entities, and debtors.

During his career, Brian has been involved with numerous cross-border insolvency administrations covering different jurisdictions including China, Taiwan, US, UK, Canada, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and the British Virgin Islands.

Recent assignments have included the liquidation of a Hong Kong listed Chinese real estate company with assets across the globe, the receivership of offshore entities holding a cinema chain in the People's Republic of China and the personal bankruptcy of a former managing partner of an accounting firm in Hong Kong.

About Brian

Brian joins Quantuma from the Hong Kong office of a global professional services firm, where he was a director in the restructuring team, prior to which he held senior roles in the restructuring divisions of both a Big 4 and top ten accountancy firm.

Outside of work, Brian is passionate about fitness and is a part-time group exercise instructor. He enjoys travelling and exploring new places.
