Recent assignment highlights 

  • Appointed liquidator of a telecommunications holding company which had changed its comi from Luxembourg to the UK. Debts more than $3 billion US. Chapter 15 recognition was granted, and contentious litigation was commenced in USA, UK and Luxembourg.  
  • Experience gained on being the lead office holder on the European subsidiary of a $15 billion corporate collapse.  
  • Lead office holder on shipping and financial institutions with operations based in Singapore, Hong Kong, the US and the Caribbean, debt exposures range from $400M - $800M. 
  • Advised on the restructuring of a US$6bn turnover global commodity business headquartered in the UAE. The group had bilateral, syndicated and trade finance facilities involving over 40 European and Middle Eastern lenders.
