Adrian is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, working with small and medium-sized enterprises to help shareholders achieve their goals. He works closely with both corporate clients as well as private equity houses and focuses on deals within the lower and mid-markets. Adrian has worked across a wide range of sectors and therefore possesses the depth of experience needed to successfully deal with a variety of situations. He takes pride in delivering excellent client service, getting to grips with the challenges businesses face and working with them to find commercial solutions. He is very much a people person and works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Recent assignment highlights
- Played a key role in the transition of an IT consultancy into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure, which included delivering a valuation of the business, structuring the transaction, forecasting to validate the structure, as well as tax and compliance support.
- Provided advisory services to the shareholders of a clothing retail chain on the sale of their entire share capital. The process included finding a suitable acquirer, through to hands-on management to deliver a successful completion; all of which was achieved in little over four weeks.
- An advisory team, led by Adrian, acted as lead advisor to a digital content platform and publisher on its sale to a media company. The team oversaw the entire transaction process, including helping to prepare a business plan and financial forecast for the next three years, negotiations on terms and price and overseeing putting a revised enterprise management incentive share option scheme in place for key management.
