AsiaTravel Limited (“AsiaTravel”) was severely impacted by COVID-19 as well as several factors prior to the pandemic.
We were appointed to assist the company to apply for a second round of rescue financing to be sanctioned by the High Court of Singapore.
What we did
Following the successful rescue financing application, AsiaTravel applied to the High Court for leave to convene a scheme meeting. The scheme was successfully passed and sanctioned by the High Court.
The outcome
The engagement has successfully concluded.
