Andrew is a restructuring specialist and prior to joining the firm was a partner for 20 years at the London office of a mid-tier firm. His expertise includes leading complex cross-border assignments and developing comprehensive plans to restructure businesses facing significant challenges.

Constantinos is an experienced professional with a successful career in the general management of reputable organizations across a wide spectrum of challenging business environments. He has a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes in assignments across insolvency, company reorganizations and restructurings, agency and principal successful bids and growth records, project management, brand launches, and re-launches, union negotiation, factory setups, and overhauls.

Carl is the CEO and founder of Quantuma and has over 30 years of experience in delivering a range of solutions to businesses in financial and operational distress. During his career, Carl has led many large and complex cross-border assignments. Prior to establishing Quantuma, Carl led the national restructuring team of a listed full services accountancy firm.

Andrew is a cross-border restructuring specialist with 25 years of experience gained from his time at Big Six and mid-tier firms. He leads on complex and cross-border restructuring matters across a range of jurisdictions and industry sectors and is widely regarded as one of the leading advisers to distressed professional practices.

Gavin heads our Forensic Accounting and Investigations team in the UK and is regularly instructed to undertake financial investigations for corporate entities, government bodies, and other organizations. This work encompasses internal investigations, civil fraud and criminal matters, and asset recovery (particularly in the context of confiscation proceedings) working alongside legal teams and other professionals.

Marie is a highly experienced marketing, communications, and strategy specialist; her expertise includes business development, marketing planning, strategic marketing, and brand positioning. Marie works closely with all our international teams, supporting them in their strategic growth plans, marketing, and business development activity.

Yaser leads our operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions and oversees a team of investigators, accountants, and business intelligence specialists. He has lived in the UAE for 13 years and conducted investigations for over 20 years and has traveled extensively to many jurisdictions to oversee complex projects.

Yuvraj is a Managing Director and leads our team in Mauritius. He has held senior leadership roles in professional practices in the UK and Mauritius for over 30 years. Raj has substantial experience in leading assignments across many jurisdictions in the continent of Africa, the Far East, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Luke is a restructuring professional and leads our team in Asia. He has extensive experience in complex and high-value international commercial transactions across a wide range of operational and financial restructuring and advisory work, with a particular focus on special situations.
